Kerryn has put together practical tips and advice here that I know I will be able to delve into my toolkit to utilise when needed. I particularly liked the opportunities to share and discuss thoughts and ideas regarding how things had gone over the previous week and to share experiences with others dealing with the complexities of FND.

I have now done a few courses with Kerryn and that says it all really as I keep wanting to come back! Thanks again Kerryn.
