About Kerryn
As someone who has personal experience of Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and devoted nearly 10 years to supporting both in-person and online FND support groups, I wholeheartedly understand the struggles and challenges it presents in our lives. My journey has nurtured profound respect, honour, understanding, and compassion for those with FND, while igniting a natural curiosity to explore possibilities, embrace new ways of living and heal.
My own recovery story, with all its ups and downs from bed-bound with paralysis, PPPD, absence seizures, non verbal, sensory overwhelm and cognitive dysfunction through to recovery and being beyond functional today, serves as a beacon of hope and inspiration to others in this community.
About FND Wellbeing
Why FND Wellbeing was created
I recognise that there is a large gap in healthcare provision and what the FND charities are able to provide in resources and support too. FND is a condition that has been dismissed and misunderstood for a long time and is only now beginning to be understood and explained.

FND Wellbeing was created to support the overall wellbeing of people going through their journey with this condition. There is no 'one-size fits all' answer, although there are common elements that impact on most of us that, when addressed, can help to reduce symptoms.

As a professionally trained Wellbeing Coach and HR Professional, I create an honest and safe environment rooted in non-judgmental acceptance and understanding of FND.
For those with FND, I offer practical strategies, tips, techniques and support through online courses and programmes, focused on overall wellbeing and workplace advice, to help manage living well with this condition. Additional online support is available with Wellbeing Wednesdays, events, webinars and 1:1 sessions to help you navigate the challenges and live to the best of your ability.

To the greater community supporting those with FND, I regularly provide proactive awareness training to healthcare professionals and employers around the lived experience to foster better awareness, understanding and practical approaches towards FND.
