Living with FND or a chronic neurological condition can be isolating. Neurographic Art offers a quiet space to land — a simple, mindful drawing process that supports:

  • Emotional regulation

  • Nervous system calming

  • Neural plasticity

  • A sense of reconnection

You don’t need to be an artist. You don’t need to get it right.

Just come as you are — and explore a creative practice that supports your wellbeing and reconnection in the company of others who truly understand.

What to Expect

Each monthly session offers:

  • A gentle, guided introduction to Neurographic Art

  • Time to create your own piece (with guidance and space) 

  • Shared reflections and connection with others in the group

  • Insights to supports emotional and neural health

  • No pressure to share — just a kind, safe space

What You'll Need

Bring whatever feels accessible and right to you:

 

Option 1: Plain paper and colouring pencils, felt-tips, or Sharpies

Option 2: A tablet or digital device for freehand digital drawing

 

No fancy tools. No special setup. Just what you have, and a little time for you.
