My Gift Back to the FND Community
If you have FND, I invite you into a safe and supportive environment to connect to like-minded people within the community who wish to explore pathways to improving their overall wellbeing.
Each Wednesday we explore a topic and how it impacts our wellbeing with FND.

Topics have ranged from a monthly dip into a different symptom, through to the more light-hearted fun with lobsters and cake. There's lots of wellbeing explored and a chance just to chat and connect on the last week of each month too.

What's Involved
45 - 60 Minutes
Online through Zoom
Pyjamas and Bed-head welcome
Can be on / off camera and mute
