Supporting Employers of People with FND
Compassionate, realistic guidance for HR teams, line managers, and business leaders navigating Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) in the workplace.
Why I Do This
I’ve been on both sides of the conversation — as a senior HR professional supporting employees through complex health challenges, and as someone living with FND myself.

With over 20 years’ experience in HR, management, and therapeutic support, I bring a unique understanding of how to balance people’s needs with organisational realities.
I know how tough it can be to find the right path — and I’m here to help you walk it with clarity, empathy, and care.

"I've been on both sides of this conversation."

What I Offer
With the right awareness and reasonable adjustments, many people with FND can continue to contribute meaningfully at work.

But FND is a complex and often unpredictable condition. Even with the best support, sometimes staying in a role isn’t sustainable.
I help employers navigate this uncertainty with confidence — whether you're supporting someone to stay, adapt, or explore new ways of working.
