12 Weeks
1 hour per week
Designed for people with FND who are ready to step out of the 'Boom & Bust' cycle and into more consistency, clarity, and calm.
Going far beyond The Spoon Theory, it offers a deeper understanding of the 8 types of fatigue that often impact life with FND. Together, we explore:

Living with FND can make it hard to feel at home in your body. This course helps you begin rebuilding that connection, gently and safely, with tools that support nervous system regulation and emotional ease.
Through grounding, sensory exploration, and soothing practices, you’ll learn how to create moments of embodied safety — moments that support healing, resilience, and trust in yourself. You’ll explore:

Havening techniques for comfort and regulation

When words are hard to find — or when emotions feel tangled and overwhelming — this course offers a safe, steady path back to yourself.
You’ll explore how emotions show up in the body, how FND can affect emotional processing, and how you can begin to express, regulate, and relate to your feelings in supportive, embodied ways. Together, we’ll explore:
