An Exciting Announcement!
The Pacing Pathways: Navigating Life with FND course is the first to move into a new, more flexible format. More in 2026! Instead of needing to keep up with weekly live sessions, you’ll now receive:
-
pre-recorded videos with each module — so you can dip in and out at your own pace, revisit as often as you need, and take the time to let things sink in,
-
live multiple times for Zoom calls — gentle spaces to connect, share, and ask questions.
It’s the best of both worlds: freedom to learn when it suits you, plus the support and encouragement of community.

How It Works
-
Most sessions are currently live and online*.
-
Usually around one hour in length.
-
Small groups of up to 6 people.
-
You'll have access to a resources folder
-
Workbooks are provided every week alongside any relevant video, audio or infographic resources.
-
A copy of any presentation slides referred to.
-
An opportunity to connect with Kerryn and ask questions throughout the course.
* Except Pacing Pathways now an online programme.
