Why Rest Matters with FND
Living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) can leave the body and nervous system feeling overwhelmed, wired, and exhausted.
Many people with FND have spent years pushing through - we've just kept going - and rest can feel unfamiliar and even unsafe.
Simply Rest offers gentle support to begin to understand and reconnect with different and accessible ways to rest that feel manageable.

Rest doesn’t need to be earned.
It’s natural.
It’s necessary.
And it can be relearned — gently.

Your Guide
Hi, I'm Kerryn!

This programme is created and guided by me. I bring combined lived experience of FND with professional therapeutic training, and this programme offers practical tools grounded in compassion, realism, and understanding.
I’ve been supporting the FND community since 2017 through peer-led support groups, events, therapeutic practices, and shared resources. Over the years, I’ve built a rich library of knowledge from both my personal experience with FND and my work with others in the community.

This is not about fixing yourself — it’s about learning how to care for yourself in a body that’s been through a lot — and doing so at a pace that's right for you.
