 I have been extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to participate in the Simply Rest course with Kerryn for the past 8 weeks.
 
I have found it incredibly beneficial in many ways. I have now gained a practical 'toolkit' of strategies that I am able to utilise in various situations in order to try to improve/control my FND symptoms.
 
Additionally, I have now started to instil new habits, particularly at bed time, which has made me much more ready and receptive to rest and sleep patterns.
 
I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone with FND or those who find that they struggle with fatigue.
