Hi, I'm Kerryn!

I've spent over 5 years training in nervous system regulation, clinical hypnosis, and wellbeing coaching as part of my own recovery journey with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). Since 2017, I have been dedicated to helping the FND community through peer-led support groups, FND events, and shared resources.

I'm passionate about helping our community build knowledge, discover resources, and gain practical techniques to better manage FND and other challenges. By guiding you through effective, hands-on methods each week, I aim to help you feel safer in your body and reconnect with it in a positive way.
