RATING: 5/5

This course has changed my life, which sounds dramatic but is true. Kerryn is so kind, thoughtful and positive, without invalidating any feelings of frustration and anger.

The course has empowered me to take more control of my symptoms and accept my condition, allowing me to gain a careful consistency to my everyday activities and energy. It has opened my mind to different perspectives and thought processes and taught me to be more gentle to myself and situation.

From my diagnosis of FND 4 years ago, there has been little to no support or guidance on how to move forward but this course has given me exactly what I was looking for and I am so grateful for the work that Kerryn has done and continues to do for this community, all while managing her own FND.

I am really proud of what I have managed to achieve through this support and I could not be more grateful for what this has given me.

Rating 5/5

Wow, what a life changing course. I've learnt so much and implemented so many changes which have significantly improved the quality of my life.

I have a greater understanding and I am able to plan my days/week better to reduce the fatigue. I love how each week builds on from the next and we have a chance to discuss our ideas/wins/struggles as a group and make changes.

The workbooks and slides are available to work through between each session and it gives you a chance to process everything. Thank you so so much.
