Do you often push through challenges, even when it leaves you feeling exhausted? If you’re living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), learning to prioritise different types of rest and self-care is essential for enhancing your overall wellbeing.

Join me for a free 40-minute workshop that offers an introduction to the vital role of rest in managing FND. This brief but informative session will provide an overview of eight key types of rest: physical, mental, emotional, social, relational, spiritual, sensory, and environmental.

What to Expect:

  • A brief exploration of each type of rest and how it supports managing FND symptoms
  • Practical tips to start incorporating these types of rest into your routine
  • Insight into how personality traits related to pushing through can impact your wellbeing

This event is designed to offer a foundational understanding of the importance of rest and self-care with FND. While the session will touch on various aspects of rest, it's a starting point to help you begin integrating these practices into your life to help nurture your wellness, healing and self-care whilst managing the challenges of FND.
