About the event

Neurographic Art is a science backed therapy that helps to support neural plasticity, regulate emotions and your nervous system. It's a beautiful way to reconnect with your body and emotions in a safe way whilst connecting with others who 'get it' and reducing isolation too.

FND can cause a sense of disconnection from our body and emotions, as well as creating a disconnection due to isolation and accessibility. This is a lovely opportunity for people with FND, and other neurological and chronic illnesses, to come together. in a beautiful, supportive environment for understanding, validation, a chat and , most importantly, a little bit of FUN!

In this workshop you will learn the basic principles of Neurographic Art (tailored for FND and chronic illness) and create your own artwork. Absolutely NO artistic skills required at all. I'm no artist, and even I can do it!
