Meet Your Host & Guest Speakers!
Kerryn Withers Green - Host
Join Kerryn Withers Green, founder of FND Wellbeing, alongside nutrition professionals Kerry Munson and Clare Hayes.
Together, they bring a unique blend of expertise, compassion, and lived experience - offering gentle, practical insights to support your brain, body, and nervous system.
✨ Discover what each of us will be sharing below.

Kerry Munson - Guest Speaker
Kerry is a health detective, nutritional therapist, wellbeing coach, and brain health expert who uses smart nutrition to improve the performance of her clients’ brains and bodies.
As a Registered Nutritional Therapist and FoodfortheBrain COGNITION Prescriber, she gets to the heart of the matter - helping people assess their brain function and understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Kerry believes that every symptom is a clue. In this session, she’ll be talking about the brain - how it works, why it can get stuck, and how the food you eat can either fog it up or help it fire more clearly.
Kerry regularly partners with schools, GPs, and health and wellbeing providers to create real impact, and we’re delighted to welcome her to this community.

Clare Hayes - Guest Speaker
Clare is a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, and Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist who takes a deeply holistic approach to supporting individuals with FND.
Through her own journey with illness and recovery, she knows firsthand how exhausting and confusing it can be when your body doesn’t feel like it’s working the way it should.
Clare’s work integrates nutritional therapy with emotional and mindset tools like EFT and hypnotherapy to help people feel more in control, energised, and balanced. In today’s session, she’ll be exploring two big themes that often impact people with FND: chronic stress and blood sugar dysregulation.

Kerryn Withers Green - Host & Speaker
Kerryn trained in clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, and brings over 25 years of HR experience to her work. Diagnosed with FND in 2017, she has since made a successful recovery and supported hundreds of people with FND online and in-person.
Her journey inspired the creation of FND Wellbeing, where she combines her knowledge and expertise with lived experience to provide accessible resources and practical tools.
In this session, you’ll discover how your gut and brain speak to each other—uncovering the powerful connection between digestion, stress, and the nervous system, with a simple tool or two you can take away and try for yourself.
