About This Workshop

This interactive session is designed for healthcare and allied professionals who encounter people with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). It focuses on building understanding and confidence so that you can approach patients in ways that feel supportive, effective, and empowering.

By the end of this workshop, you will:

Have a greater understanding of what FND is, and isn't.

Understand the lived experience and challenges that shape how patients may present

Know practical strategies to reduce frustration, build trust, and support engagement

Feel more confident in how you communicate and interact with people with FND
