Pacing with FND is so much more than “The Spoon Theory.” It’s about learning how to manage your energy in real life — to reduce fatigue, avoid the boom–bust cycle, and move towards greater stability and wellbeing. In Pacing Pathways, you’ll: 🌱 Learn the foundations of pacing and why it’s essential for FND. 🌱 Understand the EIGHT different types of fatigue and how to manage them. 🌱 Build practical tools and strategies to help you balance activity and rest. 🌱 Begin to regain control and gently move forward on your healing journey. AT A GLANCE: Duration: 7 Months : 27 September 2026 – 25 April 2027 Content Released: New content is unlocked on the first week of each month. Each module includes video tutorials, tools and a workbook for you to dip into anytime. Group Support (Live Calls): Mid month for a check in, connection and support. At present groups meet online Sundays at 4pm (GMT).
