Welcome to September 2024
Hi FND Wellbeing Community Subscribers!

I’m trying something new with the format of our Community Updates and would love to hear your thoughts! Let me know if you like the new look, or if there’s anything we can improve.

I’ve been busy working behind the scenes and also taking some much-needed time for myself. As many of you know, I have a deep love for trees. On my recent adventures, I stumbled upon some stunning Redwood trees and other magnificent old ambassadors of nature.
I thought I’d share a couple of pics with you!

As we roll into September, there’s a lot happening. Many of our courses are restarting with new intakes this month, so here’s a quick summary to ensure you don’t miss out!
Upcoming Webinar & Courses
FREE - FND: Why The Spoon Theory Is Not Enough!

Discover 8 different types of fatigue that can impact FND and why managing spoons is just a starting point.
A Felt Sense Of Safety

Our bodies can do weird and wonderful things that feel beyond our control. We can feel disconnected and our own body can feel unsafe. You can't just tell yourself that you are safe, you need to FEEL it in your body.
Develop a deeper connection between your mind and body, build your toolkit to feel more resourced and experience a more embodied felt sense of safety.
