"I never knew this stuff existed. I'm blown away. Thank you!"

It’s always a pleasure to welcome and support those newly diagnosed with FND into our community, and the latest intake of the Starting Steps course is no exception!

Even in Week 1, the course is already making a difference. From busting myths and gaining understanding, to tracking symptoms and beginning their personalised FND Plan, participants are taking courageous steps toward feeling more confident and empowered on their journey.

Hands Up

Wellbeing Wednesdays - This Month's Topic: Dizziness

Each month, we dive into a specific FND symptom, and in November, we focused on Persistent Postural-Perception Dizziness (PPPD or 3PD).

We gained insights from the latest research - including Virtual Reality - helped to clarify understanding with the predictive brain, supported those impacted by it, explored some strategies and tips to manage it AND we even got to try out some Vestibular Rehabilitation Exercises (VRE) to help retrain the brain! Wow!!

You can sign up for FREE and join in Wellbeing Wednesdays here:

AND ... I'm working hard behind the scenes to bring you an FND Online Wellbeing Retreat in January 2025! Stay tuned!
