FND is not observed in traditional MRI scans, but functional MRI scans (fMRI) do, and lots of new research is improving our understanding of this condition. everyday.
Can I get better?
FND is predominantly functional and, with the right healthcare and support, there is a really good chance of making a good recovery. The challenge is accessing services and support.
