Pacing with FND is so much more than “The Spoon Theory.” It’s about learning how to manage your energy in real life — to reduce fatigue, avoid the boom–bust cycle, and move towards greater stability and wellbeing. In Pacing Pathways, you’ll: 🌱 Learn the foundations of pacing and why it’s essential for FND. 🌱 Understand the EIGHT different types of fatigue and how to manage them. 🌱 Build practical tools and strategies to help you balance activity and rest. 🌱 Begin to regain control and gently move forward on your healing journey. AT A GLANCE: Duration: 13 weeks (Festive Pause: 22 Dec 2025 – 5 Jan 2026) Content Released: New content is unlocked in Weeks 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12. Each module includes video tutorials, tools and a workbook for you to dip into anytime. Group Support (Live Calls): Held in Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13, with flexible time slots to suit different availability: Tuesdays at 10am and 7pm (GMT) & Sundays at 5pm (GMT) YOUR GUIDE Combining lived experience with professional therapeutic training, Kerryn offers practical strategies alongside empathy and understanding. You’ll feel supported not just in learning pacing tools, but in applying them to your everyday FND life — with encouragement, structure, and community to help you along the way.
